Getting ready to go to camp
Soon I will be leaving for camp.
At first I was a little scared to
be away from home where I feel
beary happy!
Now I am so excited. I am going to be
the beary best bear that I know how to be!
Maybe Wilbur will let me try on his shoes!
Maybe I can dig for worms, Maybe I can
catch a fish for me to bring home. Maybe I
will make lots of new friends!
I'm waiting for the mailman.
I hope mama remembered to
tell Miss Gloria Grizzly and Miss Brenda Black Bear
that I need lots of honey!
I'm a growing bear you know!

ReplyDeleteCalm down, you still have a few more sleeps 'til your airplane ride to camp.
You are going to make so many new friends, from all over the world. Wilbur is beary smart and worldly and loves to share his adventures when we sit around the campfire. And, he will teach you all about fishing.
Have a good restful week and I will meet you by the big oak tree next to the Bearcelor's cabins next Friday.
